About Our Programs

Our team of experts have extensive experience providing high quality mental health and addiction treatment. We offer a continuum of care that includes residential treatment, IOP, and standard outpatient services. Our array of services include individual and group therapy, case management, peer support, employment services, and coordination of care with internal and local primary care physicians. Our team also works to identify and address social determinants of health through regular engagement with our clients, regardless of their level of care. In essence, our team focuses not only on a client’s presenting diagnosis and needs but also on the various SDOH’s affecting the person which leads to a truly whole person-centered approach.
