We are growing and would like to add more members to our team of committed and enthusiastic helping professionals. We operate an AHCCCS-based 48-bed residential facility in beautiful Prescott, Arizona.

Our company was founded and lead by a team of men who have multiple years of personal recovery and business operation experience. Recovery is more than a job here – it’s a passion!

The majority of our clients voluntarily admit themselves to our center. Our program lasts 60-90 days and this is usually not their first experience with alcohol/drug treatment. Many stay in the area after graduation to continue their recovery journey with us or another sober living facility. This is a very rewarding position. We have a long list of previous clients (walking testimonials) who, with the help of our clinicians, have made it safely back into the world, clean and sober, after years of fighting addiction.

This is a family-style work environment: The administrative staff, residential personnel, clinicians and medical personnel all meet and communicate regularly about each and every client’s treatment plan so we may provide the most comprehensive rehabilitation experience (from admission to graduation) possible for our clients.

The right candidate will have a passion for addiction treatment, have an interest in helping those who are economically disadvantaged and be willing to be trained!
